This role is for you if you want to take part in process creation and in the establishment of a new HR HUB in the heart of Budapest.
be the first point of contact for all people operations queries and requests across the European Region
execute all human resources transactions such as onboarding, termination, staff movement, HR reporting, internal audit
actively partner with team members, regional stakeholders and local markets
communicate and advise on internal policies and services in a consistent manner
update the information in the knowledge management system
bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
at least 1-year experience in HR generalist/administration role
experience in international company and/or shared services HR or customer service function
fluent German AND English are KO criteria
result and detail oriented personality
comfortable with a fast-paced environment and successfully manage multiple priorities and volumes
new HRSSC project
