Ensure customer satisfaction by tracking and resolving issues.
Collaborate with various departments to solve complex technical problems.
Educate customers on product usage and benefits.
Proficiency in German (C1)

Strong technical aptitude and interest in renewable energy.
Prior experience in customer service or technical support is an advantage.
Knowledge of solar energy systems or related technologies is a plus.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Minimum high school diploma; technical certifications are a plus.
