Our partner, Air France-KLM Business Service Center, is currently looking for a Global Content Editor to contribute to a dynamic team where you can grow your career and make a real impact.

We are seeking a Global Content Editor to create content and guarantee timely publishing of content, translations and to take care of trackability.

Global Content Editor

Tasks

  • Execute assigned digital marketing activities, adhering to service level agreements and quality standards 
  • Content Management System updates for various websites like KLM, AirFrance, FlyingBlue, Cargo and Business Solutions 
  • Translation Management Solutions with close collaboration with GlobalLink Enterprise 
  • Label Management Applications – future proof content creation and distribution together with the product teams 
  • Weekly rotating 24/7 standby shift among the team members about operational disruptions all over the world 
  • Collaboration together with UX / Digital Asset Management 
  • Elevate our Content to the next level and serving customers what they need when they need it – with the help of the content designers and copywriters 
  • Providing support for various teams 
  • Active participation in workload planning and prioritization 
  • Maintaining strong customer relationships through effective communication 
  • Adhering to internal rules and regulations 

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Fluency in English
  • Knowledge of Salesforce or HTML is an advantage 
  • Ability to work precisely, even under pressure
  • You are a digital native, eager to learn and utilize our Content Management System and other tools
  • Previous experience in a similar role is a plus, ideally within a digital content environment
  • Please note that this position requires a 24/7 coverage divided among the team members (compensation is provided)!
