Global Talent Operations Project Lead
Summary
The Talent Project Lead is a key driver of project success, blending project management expertise with a dedicated focus on talent optimization. This role ensures project objectives are met while maximizing team composition, development, and performance through effective stakeholder col‐laboration and a deep understanding of talent acquisition and talent management priorities.
Key responsibilities
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of project priority, scope, timeline, deliverables, risks, and potential issues
- Proactively identify and mitigate challenges to ensure project success
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Assemble and lead cross-functional project teams including collaboration with third parties, fostering collaboration, effective communication, and alignment on project goals
- Assess project resource needs and collaborate with stakeholders, including talent specialists, to secure the right talent with the necessary skills and experience
- Ensure optimal resource allocation throughout the project lifecycle
- Work closely with Talent Transition Leads to ensure seamless onboarding, offboarding, and internal mobility of project resources
- Facilitate knowledge transfer and skill development to enhance team performance
- Align project activities with organizational standards and best practices in partnership with the PMO
- Provide regular project updates, report on key performance indicators (KPIs), and ensure transparency on progress, roadblocks, and risk mitigation strategies
- Continuously evaluate project processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing best practices and lessons learned to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness for future initiatives

Requirements
- Extensive experience in Project Management and Operations with a strong focus on Talent
- Strong organizational skills with a focus on achieving desired results, including effective prioritization, delegation, and time management to meet deadlines
- Proven track record of excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders
- Highly detail-oriented and adept at problem-solving, with a proactive approach to driving improvements and achieving results
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to change and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong team player with a collaborative mindset, the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and cross-cultural savviness
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications (especially PowerPoint and Excel), with PowerBI/Visier experience being highly advantageous
- Fluent in written and verbal English, with the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and effectively
