Group Chief Electric Engineer
Tasks
We are looking for a dedicated Group Chief Electric Engineer, with general construction background.
If you are open to frequent travel, you have an Engineering degree, you want to work on exciting projects and have experience in industrial buildings, this is the opportunity for you.
Place of action: Eastern Europe, with headquarters in Budapest
East European Group responsibility for building services on:
- High and low voltage electricity equipment and installations
- IT-cabling and installations
- Buliding monitoring systems, smoke detection systems and fire alarm systems
- UPS installations
- Smart metering for all utilities
- Heatpump systems for heating and cooling
- Photovoltaic systems
- Support for the Facility Management team in the buildings under operation
- Creation and tracking of schedules/duration times for building service trades
- Support creating a draft planning catalogue/functional requirements for all building services
- Guiding external building services designers in the project to ensure
- Ensure planning approvals
- Checking tenant requests
- Participation in a site kick-off meeting with Contractors
- Quality assurance during construction
- Advising the Client/tenant during construction
- Participation in relevant expert inspections
Requirements
- Engineering degree in an electrical discipline
- At least 5 year of experience in building technology
- Fluent English
- Willingness to travel frequently to Eastern European locations
