Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate four dynamic service teams.
- Manage, coach, and develop service team leaders.
- Optimize operational processes to provide top-tier support.
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance the training products.
- Implement training programs to raise customer service standards.
- Drive performance based on key metrics.
- Continuously enhance participant support quality and efficiency.
- Report to senior management.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in service management and team leadership.
- Exceptional communication and analytical skills.
- Strong customer orientation and problem-solving mindset.
- IT proficiency and experience with ITIL-aligned tools.
- Fluent in German.
