Head of Customer Support

As a Service Team Manager, you'll be at the forefront of this mission, ensuring exceptional participant support and team excellence.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate four dynamic service teams.
  • Manage, coach, and develop service team leaders.
  • Optimize operational processes to provide top-tier support.
  • Collaborate with other departments to enhance the training products.
  • Implement training programs to raise customer service standards.
  • Drive performance based on key metrics.
  • Continuously enhance participant support quality and efficiency.
  • Report to senior management.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in service management and team leadership.
  • Exceptional communication and analytical skills.
  • Strong customer orientation and problem-solving mindset.
  • IT proficiency and experience with ITIL-aligned tools.
  • Fluent in German.
