Our Partner is a rapidly expanding company specialized in telecommunications and IT services for a special segment. With their international workforce exceeding 270 employees, they develop, implement, and manage communication systems.

In pursuit of their new HR Business Partner CEE, we are searching for an individual who manages the whole Employee Lifecycle, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards and serves as the primary point of contact for employees within the CEE Region.

Junior HR Business Partner CEE (fixed term)


  • End-to-end recruitment 
  • Monitor and accompany onboarding of new employees 
  • Monitor training needs and manage personnel development (e.g. organize trainings) 
  • Prepare and engage team-building activities
  • Monitor and participate in annual review talks (timing and quality) 
  • Support leaders in their leadership duties
  • Conduct exit interviews
  • Administration tasks (using Personio HR software)
  • Prepare contracts and additional agreements, if necessary with help of external lawyer
  • Prepare job descriptions
  • Support outsourced payroll process
  • Monitor insurances and social security relevant documents
  • Collaborate with external temporary work agencies
  • Monitor car fleet, mobile phones and incentives (cafeteria or comparable)
  • Cooperation with the international HR Team 
  • Participate in global projects
  • Travel to CEE countries occasionally (personal interview, workshops, etc)


  • At least 5 years' experience as HR Generalist, preferably in international environment
  • Strong Hungarian and English knowledge
  • Precise, accurate and reliable personality
  • Strong relationship building competencies
  • Experience with the HR tool 'Personio' is a plus
  • Holding soft skill training experience is a plus
