HR Generalist (Recruitment, Learning and Development focus)

HR Generalist is responsible for providing support the HR Manager and hotel team by ensuring good employee relations, providing direct support for HR related topics to our colleagues and delivering high quality service in terms of Recruitment as well as Learning and Development.

Your future tasks will be:

  • Support the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding
  • Support the end to end recruitment process (sourcing, advertising, screening, interviewing)
  • Arrange and conduct New Joiner Orientations
  • Execute Corinthia learning and development initiatives
  • Collaborate with Management to support learning requirements
  • Organise employee engagement activities and internal social events
  • Handle internal communication and employer branding
  • Act as first point of contact for our colleagues providing them effective information
  • Provide professional daily support to HR Manager

Our ideal candidate:

  • Has good interpersonal and communicational skills
  • Has good time management and self-organizing skills
  • Is emphatic with a helpfulness attitude
  • Has university or college degree, preferred fields connected with Human Resources
  • Has minimum 2 years of experience in similar position
  • Has advanced knowledge of English
  • Has advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
