• Full support of employee and line manager inquiries through the use of ServiceNow (SNOW) and Workday systems.
• Efficient and prompt handling of incoming requests, ensuring resolution at first contact whenever possible.
• Processing all requests in full compliance with data security and privacy standards, strictly avoiding any data breaches.
• Maintaining close collaboration and communication with Diageo colleagues across Europe, including HR stakeholders and line managers.

• The position is open for applicants with active or passive student status
• Human Resources experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Fluent English, German and Hungarian knowledge both verbal & written
• Knowledge of MS Office tools (mainly Excel)
• Great attention to detail, gets it right first time  

• Experience working on cross functional and multi-cultural teams
• Good facilitation and communication skills

• Gross salary: 2300 Ft/hour
