Trainee – People Analytics (Pulse Survey Focus) - REF4468M

Duration: 6 months

Languages: English (fluency required), German is a plus

We are looking for a motivated and data-savvy trainee to join our global People Engagement team. In this role, you will support our Pulse Survey efforts from a data analytics perspective—turning survey results into actionable insights that help drive positive change across the organization.

Your Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using Excel (incl. macros) and Power BI
  • Analyze Pulse Survey data to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights
  • Conduct deep dives into specific business units, countries, or topics as needed
  • Visualize findings in a clear and compelling way, including PowerPoint presentations for HR and business stakeholders
  • Support coordination tasks related to the Pulse Survey (e.g. access management)

Requirements

  • active student status (under age of 25 can be also passive)
  • minimum 20-25 hours of work per week (35-40 hours is a plus)
  • Strong analytical mindset with a passion for working with data
  • Advanced skills in Excel (including macros) and Power BI
  • Confident in structuring data and telling stories through visuals
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently
  • No HR knowledge required—curiosity and learning mindset matter most
  • Fluency in English is essential; German is a plus
