We offer the opportunity to join Nilfisk as our new Global Indirect Category Manager for Professional Services, HR and Marketing in a growing team, where you will create, maintain and execute category strategies within the assigned spend. You create business cases, assess commercial models, manage stakeholders, run tenders, negotiate contracts with a range of existing and potential new suppliers. You will focus on achieving best value for money, leverage global scale and keep in mind local nuances.
We seek sourcing managers for the following categories: Professional Services, HR, Marketing. It is planned that each category manager will oversee two categories at this phase of our growth.
You will be a main driver of defining future supply concepts in our global organization, work across cultures and influence sourcing strategies in your categories. You will act as a trusted Procurement Advisor for stakeholders all over Nilfisk and liaise with a broad field of suppliers while understanding the trends, commercial drivers, and market dynamics.
You will be part of a growing team (currently 6 ppl, planned growth to 9 ppl by Q2 2024), based in Budapest, Copenhagen and Mexico. You will be part of the Global Indirect Procurement team reporting to the Global Head of Indirect Procurement.
We offer a hybrid workplace model, where you have the flexibility to choose where you want to work (50-50% home vs. office). Location: either the Infopark Hub (Budapest, 11th district) or the Szigetszentmiklos Ati Depo, depending on your preference.

For this position, we are looking for candidates who have great experience within one or several of the above mentioned categories. As a person, you like to establish great professional relationships with your stakeholders. As English is our corporate language, you speak and write English fluently.
You have 5-10 years of experience in an indirect procurement position – preferably at a global company, irrespective of sector, or perhaps management consulting.
