Az IP (Internet Protocol) Network Engineer pozíció egy műszaki szakembert keres, aki az adat- és telekommunikációs hálózatok tervezésében, üzemeltetésében és problémamegoldásában vesz részt. A feladatok közé tartozik: (Grade 16) Szenior szakember kell. Backoffice Engineer együttműködik a Frontoffive Engineer csapattal, akik 7/24

• Technikai támogatás nyújtása ügyfelek számára (önállóan vagy csapatban).
• Hálózati megoldások fejlesztése és dokumentálása, beleértve a HLD (High-Level Design) és LLD (Low-Level Design) terveket.
• Beállítások, konfigurációk és frissítések végrehajtása az Access Network termékekhez.
• Előértékesítési támogatás a tesztelés, pályázatok és workshopok során.
• Problémamegoldás tesztelés, workshop vagy pályázati tevékenységek során.
• Hardver és szoftver problémák elhárítása, valamint a hálózati alkalmazások és protokollok hibaelhárítása.
• A hálózati diagnosztikai eszközök és laboratóriumi környezet használata a technikai megoldások kidolgozása érdekében.

A munkakörhöz szükséges tudás a következő területeken:

• Alapvető ismeretek a routerek architektúrájában (P, PE és RR típusok).
• TCP/IP protokollok és az OSI referencia modell megértése.
• Hálózati protokollok, mint OSPF, BGP, MPLS és VRRP.
• Alapvető Ethernet, VLAN, Layer 2 technológiák és azok alkalmazása.
• QoS és MPLS TE alapelvek.
• Hálózati biztonság, SNMP és hálózatkezelési rendszerek ismerete.
• Routerek, switchek és egyéb adatkommunikációs eszközök beállításának és karbantartásának ismerete.
• Ezen kívül a pozícióhoz szükséges CCNP vagy CCNA vagy CCIE képesítés, valamint Huawei (HCNP or HCIE), Cisco vagy Juniper tanúsítványok előnyt jelentenek.
• Angol nyelvtudás és hajlandóság a munkavégzéshez szükséges esetleges utazásokra is elvárt. LLD (Low Level Design)
• English + Germany or French

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support service to the customers independently or jointly with a technical support team;
• Develop the technical solution and issue the design documents: HLD, LLD;
• Provide detailed information on how to set up, configure, and upgrade Access Network Products;
• Pre-sales support for testing, bidding or holding workshops in the field of Fixed Access Network;
• Track and solve all technical issues that appeared during testing/workshop/bidding activities, provide the customer with the necessary technical support and suggestions, maintain good cooperation with the customer, workshop if required;
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and identify network/applications issues;
• Use various department tools, technical knowledge, lab equipment and online resources to provide technical solutions to customers.

Requirements/Qualifications:

• Knowledge of the architecture of P, PE and RR routers;
• Desired understanding of telecom equipment;
• Experienced in resolving technical (hardware, software, and communications) malfunctions;
• Ability to get root cause analysis in case of problems and the ability to recreate problems in a lab environment when requested;
• To understand the OSI reference model, to master the basic principle of TCP/IP protocol.
• To master the Ethernet/layer2 switching/Vlan principle.
• To master the mainstream WAN link (PPP/POS and so on) the working mode and the application scene.
• To master the principle of OSPF/ISIS/BGP, the high-level characteristics and the complex application scene, to master the route in port, the route policy principle and the application scene.
• To understand MPLS L3VPN/L2VPN/VPLS principle.
• To master the VRRP principle.
• The understanding of the basic protocol of network management, to master the basic principle of SNMP the network management operating system and the common database commands.
• To understand the basic network security knowledge.
• To master the principle of MPLS TE protocol.
• To master the strategy formulation principle of QoS and the working principle of key technologies.
• To master the basic theory about the high availability (HA) designs, to understand the typical technology (BFD/GR/FRR/FC) principle
• Equipment characteristics, the essential performance index, the card type and the common network of several typical Datacom equipment (Router/Switch).
• To master the simple service configuration (with principle correspondence) on the router/switch as well as debugging.
• To master upgrading and maintenance knowledge about several typical products.
• To master using the method of the data collection tool, inspection tool, upgrading tool, the long-distance measure tool.
• To master the typical network management system installation method and the content and method of equipment monitoring content and method..

Education and key qualifications:

• Engineering bachelor's degree, telecom degree preferred;
• CCNA qualification is mandatory; prefer: Huawei/Cisco/Juniper certification.
• Excellent knowledge of English language (both written and spoken) is mandatory;
• Availability for occasional short travel periods, for customer meetings (in the future, when the international context makes it safe);
• Availability to work overtime if needed and adapt to the work schedule of the project's country
