Our partner, a multinational airline holding company, is looking for a new colleague for their IT team.

IT Business Analyst

Feladatok

  • Communication: Maintain effective communication between BSC BI, the Therefore development team, and Business departments.
  • Gather and Document Requirements: Collect and document business requirements for Power BI and Spotfire dashboards, including KPIs and visualization needs.
  • Analyze Data Needs: Identify and assess data source requirements.
  • Communicate with Source System Owners: Document and relay requirements to source system owners/developers (e.g., queries, access permissions), and assist the Product Owner in managing the team backlog.
  • Coordinate Data Acquisition: Engage with source system owners to ensure necessary data is provided.
  • Solution Design: Design and document solutions based on requirements, detailing data sources, table structures, and relationships in the reports.
  • Developer Support: Assist Power BI and Spotfire developers throughout dashboard implementation.
  • Test Solutions: Create and execute test cases to validate solutions.
  • Prepare User Documentation: Develop user documentation, including data catalogs and KPI definitions.
  • Maintain Internal Documentation: Keep internal product-related documentation up to date.
  • Provide 2nd Line Support: Offer second-line support for BI solutions and analyze error reports.

Követelmények

  • 3-5 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst 
  • Fluency in English and Hungarian 
  • Knowledge of reporting tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau etc.) 
  • developer experience is an advantage, but not a must
