Oversee the IT in-structure and security for offices and factories; Provide on-site LV1 and LV2 IT support.
Provide network-related services, including installation, commissioning, maintenance, and upgrade of network devices, to ensure the normal operation of network devices. Respond to network faults in a timely manner, rectify faults, and solve problems to ensure network stability and availability.
Provide office IT services, including office equipment delivery and exit (e.g., employees claim and return office computers), user desktop services (e.g., installation of printer drivers on office computers), and installation, maintenance, and replacement of daily office equipment. (e.g. installation of attendance machines, maintenance of printers, etc.) and other related services.
Liaise with IT contractor and headquarters IT experts to provide professional and timely IT support to all users.
Requirements
Good command of English and Hungarian in speaking, reading and writing, Chinese is an advantage.
Knowledge of using TCT/IT network infrastructure
Bachelor degree or above in Computer Technical or IT related discipline;
At least 2 years experience in computer or IT fields, including enterprise solutions, computer peripherals, LAN and wireless network etc;
Have basic knowledge of network system O&M management. Be able to analyze and identify root causes of network events and eliminate them.
Have professional knowledge in network routing, switching, security, and wireless network.
Knowledgeable with OS, office / factory facilities and software;
Driving license
Occasional travels to business manufacturing sites
