IT Project Management Office (PMO) Track Lead



Our IT organization is responsible for project delivery to our business customers or to the IT department itself. We drive and complete diverse projects related to our business applications including retail, pricing, manufacturing, e-commerce and customer experience or technical landscapes being introduced at manufacturing sites or launch cutting edge office productivity solutions.

We have a variety of roles available from junior to experienced Project Managers in our Project teams using internally developed processes as well as agile practices to provide value for the business. We are looking for junior candidates with 1-5 years of IT project office management experience.

  • Partner with Project Managers
  • Collect, monitor and consolidate project progress, cost and schedule performance
  • Maintain internal and external project expenses, outlook and commitment
  • Identify areas of deviation from plan and propose corrective action
  • Prepare monthly stewardship reports and other management-level summaries
  • Ensure budgets and authorizations for expenditures are properly approved before financial obligations are incurred
  • Provide internal financial control support for contracting, cost reporting, and audits
  • Work closely with customers to proactively identify and mitigate potential project issues or risks
  • Manage the project change request process and monitor contingency utilization


  • College / University degree and/or technical diploma in IT or relevant field
  • Experience with Project Management methodologies
  • Ability to steward multiple projects from early development through completion
  • Ability to lead without authority and facilitate problem solving
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and team oriented personality
  • Solid verbal and written communications skills in English and relevant user languages
