As an IT Project Manager at Loxon, you will play a crucial role in managing system delivery and rollout projects for our global financial institution subsidiaries. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including the Scrum team, Product Owner and Scrum Master to ensure the successful implementation of our solutions. Additionally, you will serve as a trusted advisor and customer success manager, collaborating with banks to understand their key initiatives and business needs.

IT Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage system delivery and rollout for global financial institution subsidiaries in Europe, Asia, and Australia.
  • Continuously track the cost and timeline of system implementation projects from inception to completion.
  • Collaborate closely with the Scrum team, including the Product Owner, Scrum Master.
  • Act as a trusted advisor and customer success manager for banks, understanding their key initiatives and business needs.
  • Prepare mid and long-term strategic planning.
  • Participate in cross- and up-sale activities.
  • Manage team allocation and yearly resource allocation in collaboration with tribe and company managers.
  • Continuously track the financial aspects of the customer/project portfolio yearly target.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience as an IT project manager or IT consultant.
  • Fluent and confident communication skills in English (negotiation level).
  • Excellent presentation skills to lead strategic committees both internally and with customers.
  • Experience in managing multiple IT projects in parallel.
  • Motivation to understand the business banking domain.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in Risk Management, Lending, or Debt Collection areas.
  • Past experience in IT implementation projects from both bank and vendor perspectives.
  • PMP certificate.
