IT Service Desk Coordinator

  • Assist users with hardware and software issues;

  • Troubleshoot problems with computers, peripherals (e.g.: printers), mobile devices, and other technology products;

  • Perform routine maintenance on IT systems to ensure they are functioning optimally;

  • Install and update software applications;

  • Replace or upgrade hardware components;

  • Manage network accounts and security group permissions
  • Conduct regular security audits and take steps to remediate vulnerabilities
  • Monitor network performance, ensure network security, resolve problems related to local area networks (LAN) and wide area networks (WAN)
  • Educate staff about proper use of IT resources and security best practices, provide training for new software or hardware deployed within the organization
  • Administer the Dealer Portal and act as a 2nd level support for  dealer end users

For our client, operating in the automotive industry we are looking for an IT Service Desk Coordinator to join their IT Support Team.

  • 1-3 years of relevant work experience
  • Education specialized in IT
  • Confident verbal and written communication skills in English
