Our multinational Partner is looking for an experienced colleague for the position below:

• 5 years plus experience in an IT support role;
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written in Hungarian (fluent) and English (intermediate level).
• Understand requirements on the vision and roadmap on End-user space;
• Ability to design, deploy, and manage end-user computing environment;
• Good experience in the core End User services domain;
• Knowledge of computers/ Laptops/ Printers/ peripheral troubleshooting;
• Knowledge of Office applications, MS O365, security clients, patch management, etc.;
• Experience and knowledge in various methodologies and models for end-user services delivery;
• Awareness and experience in practice development initiatives;
• Must have sound troubleshooting knowledge of Windows Operating systems (MS Windows 10 and 11).

• Troubleshooting knowledge of Linux and MAC Operating systems.
