• Support the sales team by working with different departments to ensure top-quality service for clients.
• Help gather and organize client information, respond to requests, and assist with research.
• Assist with client due diligence by collaborating with other support teams.
• Contribute to business development projects, including creating and formatting custom reports.
• Work with product specialists to help answer client questions and provide analysis.
• Support relationship managers by preparing follow-ups after meetings, providing additional information, and running data analysis.
• Create content and presentations for client meetings and ensure they meet company guidelines.
• Collaborate with the automation and reporting teams to improve processes and enhance reporting quality.
• Test and improve AI tools to automate tasks and make workflows more efficient.
• Work closely with local sales teams in Italy, Malta, Greece, Portugal, Spain.
• Handle requests related to investment products for individual investors.
• Coordinate with different teams to support their work.
• Engage with clients and attend industry events.

• The position is open for applicants with active or passive student status
• Pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Economics or any related field
• Fluency in written and spoken English is essential
• At least intermediate Italian knowledge
• Knowledge of MS Office tools (especially PowerPoint)

• Spanish language knowledge
• Interest in financial markets, investments
