YOUR responsibilities as a Junior Project Coordinator will include (but not limited to):

• Coordinate Product related projects:
  • Inno/reno projects in HU market, ensuring an efficient project management organization answering to the needs of the business unit; report, forecasts, and alerts (gap analysis) on the portfolio of projects, ensuring best-in-class cost, quality, and time delivery
  • Productivity projects in collaboration with Marketing, and producing project managers
• Assure project deliverables are ready on time (briefs, project GO, P&L, designs)
• Assure project administration
• Work with each project team to find solutions to major issues and escalate main risks and issues on the project to the Portfolio meeting
• Work with each project team to organize Post Launch Analysis
• Ensure delivery of packaging artwork for brand portfolios across the Hungarian market.
• Coordinate the artwork process between all relevant parties in the artwork supply chain internally and externally.
• Facilitate communication with stakeholders/suppliers for each project
