We are looking for an experienced LEAN Manager to join one of our dynamically and constantly developing industry client in Baranya County, with the following main tasks.
LEAN Manager

Lead the process end-to-end in the plant operation
Improve , adapt the global system based on local requirement
Introduction of the tools in connection of the Lean philosophy
Develop and coordinate the Kaizen events
Involve the shopfloor into the Kaizen activities
Build, maintain and improve continuous improvement system
Integrate Lean activities into the daily work of the organization
Be ambassador of the EHS activities as well, define rules for the safety work environment
Introduce , follow up , supervise and manage good idea system within the plants
Collaboration during new product implementation
Coordinate the 5S related activities within the production and offices
Maintain, execute 5S audits in the plant
Elvárások
BA/BSc Degree; MBA or Master’s degree preferred
3+ years of experience in lean manufacturing
Project Management Skills
Strong analytical skills
Very good people management
Fluent English knowledge
