Support of timely monthly, quarterly and annual financial close processes in accordance with the Group Reporting Manual and any other relevant standards and provide support for other Group reporting requirements such as Balance Sheet Integrity, Intercompany reconciliations and Group Charges
Preparation and processing journals, reconciliation of accounts, preparation of quarterly reports and ad hoc reports
Timely response to queries raised on accounts and other analyses
Provide backup for Senior Analyst and SMEs
Establish and maintain strong relationships with Analyst and SMEs in the team to ensure smooth operations and successful project delivery
Support process simplification, standardisation and continuous improvement with the respective operations and optimisation teams
Ensuring that lease movements are compliant with BP Policy & Authorities (Group Reporting Manual), local GAAP and IFRS.
To comply with any other job-related requirements. This may be defined by an attached task list or defined by one's relevant team lead
Elvárások
Ongoing studies and active Hungarian student status for at least 1 more year
Pursuing a bachelor’s or master's degree in Economics or Finance and accounting studies or any related field
Analytical and problem-solving skills
At least Intermediate English knowledge both written and verbal
Working knowledge of MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint etc.)
