The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing and resolving claims, striving for swift and equitable solutions. The Legal Claim Manager will play a crucial role in the legal analysis of claims, determining appropriate claim strategies and ensuring of legal support for the resolution of claims of the tk Steering group of companies.
