Our customer-oriented & innovative Partner is looking for a new Media Sales Manager in the world of e-commerce.

The most important skills to bring for the role:

Media Sales Manager

Build and execute Retail Media sales funnel, using both inbound and generated leads
Establish partnerships with potential media agencies and advertisers
Collect feedback from advertisers and participate on product design
Design individual campaign packages suiting the needs of the advertiser
Be a professional user of performance data
High level of expertise in Sales CRM tools
Participate in Media sales strategy development across the Group
Cooperate on pricing strategy and on monetization products and its development
Cooperate closely with Media Sales Managers in other markets
Be aware and understand of the online marketing ecosystem including latest industry trends

Minimum 3-4 years experience in advertising sales, ideally in digital and FMCG
Fluent English knowledge
Team player with excellent communication skills
Strong existing network of potential advertisers and agencies in Hungary and Romania
Proactive, dynamic personality with entrepreneurial spirit
Fluent written and spoken Hungarian and/or Romanian is a plus
