• Lead and manage a diverse team across SAP, MES, Infrastructure, and Data Migration, driving them towards project objectives.
• Develop and implement detailed project plans, metrics, and resource strategies.
• Handle client escalations and expectations effectively.
• Prepare executive summaries for senior management and ensure timely reporting to stakeholders.
• Establish robust communication channels and manage project budgets to ensure cost control.

• Over 8 years of experience in ERP project delivery.
• College or University degree (IT /Business Degree or Equivalent).
• Previous experience in the manufacturing sector, preferably within steel or aluminum industries.
• Familiarity with SAP and/or MES systems and IT infrastructure management.
• Experience with managing IT infrastructure aspects (networking, server set-up and hosting, security, cloud computing, etc.) and technical components (PLC’s, Scanners, Printers, …)
• Proficient in project management methodologies (PMI, Prince 2, Agile/Scrum).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with fluency in English.
• Ability to work in a multicultural environment and willingness to travel within Europe (up to 50% of the time).
