Handle administrative onboarding activities, including document preparation and management
Act as main point of contact for new hires, providing information and answering questions
Ensure accuracy and compliance of onboarding documentation with policies and regulations
Coordinate with internal teams (e.g. PC&C, Technology) to arrange equipment, access, and pre-employment checks
Provide domestic relocation support when required
Follow onboarding processes and suggest improvements for greater efficiency
Manage and resolve issues during the onboarding process, escalating when necessary
Collect feedback from new hires to support continuous improvement
Support the organization and execution of welcome events and activities
Maintain accurate records of onboarding activities and provide regular reporting

Ongoing studies and active Hungarian student status for at least 6 more months
Pursuing a bachelor’s or master's degree
Advanced English knowledge both written and verbal
Working knowledge of MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint etc.)
Experience working both independently and in a team-oriented environment
Detail-oriented, problem-solving, and team-player attitude
