As Payment Risk Team Leader, you’ll be responsible for establishing and scaling our fraud risk teams in Hungary and Bulgaria, owning end-to-end fraud operations, and building out robust processes and playbooks to prevent fraud and loss in a fast-paced, global environment

• 5+ years’ experience in fraud risk operations, including team leadership
• Strong strategic, analytical, and operational skills
• Proven ability to build and scale fraud risk programs in a global environment
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills and stakeholder management
• Hands-on, proactive mindset—willing to roll up your sleeves when needed
• BA/BS degree required (MBA or CIPFA certification a plus)
• Fluent English; knowledge of crypto, FinTech, or digital payments is a bonus
