Pénzügyi Asszisztens/Financial Assistant

Tasks

Primary Responsibilities: 

  • Manage day-to-day operation with the supervision of the Finance manager, including check and book incoming invoices from suppliers, participate in the monthly closing, make miscellaneous bookings
  • Prepare bank transfers and book the transactions
  • Maintain and reconcile booking data in accounting and reporting system
  • Support of year-end closing, annual financial audit
  • Collect and archive all financial documentation
  • Working on other daily issues and projects with the Finance manager
  • Prepare internal reports and analysis to the Finance manager and Regional managers
  • Cooperation with other departments
  • Participate in preparing various tax returns
  • Other duties as directed by the Finance manager

Requirements

  • Good English skills
  • Basic accounting/finance qualification or ongoing studies
  • Strong computer skills, good knowledge of Excel
  • Precise, proactive, trustable person
  • Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
  • Well organized and good problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and also in a team
