Future-oriented further development of HR development processes and tools
Creation, control and reporting of the training budget
Organization and support of in-house training courses
Administration of the IT-based personnel development tool Success Factors
Collaboration on exciting group projects
Creation and implementation of assessment centers, workshops, etc.
Coordinating the use and providing guidance to people development platforms of Rheinmetall (centrally organized courses, online platforms, etc.)
Creation and maintenance of competency matrix and yearly L&D plan
Managing and support participation in relevant e-learning courses
Providing consultancy to HR leaders and HRBPs in people development issues
WHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU SHOULD HAVE
Completed studies (university or university of applied sciences) in the field of business education, psychology, personnel management or comparable training
Professional experience in a comparable position
Mobility and willingness to travel
Experienced with MS Office
Business fluent in written and spoken English, German as an advantage
High social competence and moderation skills
Independent, goal-oriented way of working as well as strong communication and coordination skills
