Our business partner is looking for experienced Portuguese speaking Customer Service and Order Management Representative colleagues. • Full professional proficiency in English and Portuguese are a must (written and spoken)
• Professional experience (>1 years) in any of the following fields: customer service, administration, order management, IT service desk
• Ability to keep deadlines whilst identify errors and recommend process enhancements
• You are a customer focused team player with attention to details and prioritization skills
• Strong communication skills and proactive mindset
• Problem solving skills, with the ability to gather, organize, and illustrate ideas clearly and concisely
