Pricing Analyst


  • Ensure contracts are correctly setup in SAP from accounting perspective and accurately reflects the negotiated deal based on trader input
  • Validate price calculations and verifications before invoice creation and payable settlement
  • Support the identification of potential contract and price related issues, liaise with various departments to find resolution for discrepancies and queries
  • Understand relevant trading procedures and provide process, administrative and analytical support to commercial teams
  • Calculate and analyze month end close accruals, ensure basic accounting principles are met
  • Support the implementation of process harmonization and improvement initiatives
  • Understand new business scenarios and cooperate with other departments to ensure correct SAP system reflection of those


  • Bachelor/Master degree  in Business Economics/Logistics/International Business Administration or equivalent
  • A fresh graduate/young professional as this is an entry level/Junior position
  • Strong interpersonal skills to interface across functions in a geographically diverse, multi-cultural and partly virtual organization
  • Good analytical and problem solving skills, high level of accuracy
  • Excellent time management, well organized and structured
  • Works independently, proactively and prioritize workload under pressure to meet deadlines
  • Advanced user of Excel, SAP knowledge is an advantage
  • Process oriented with continuous improvement mindset
  • Basic accounting knowledge (as an advantage)
