Process Engineer – Powder Coating

Feladatok

• Establish and Maintain Engineering Documentation
• Establish and Maintain BOM in SAP System
• Manage BOM Changes and Approvals
• Introduce New Products and Processes
• Develop and Optimize Tools and Processes
• Maintain Process Engineering Tools
• Train Key Operations Staff
• Provide Technical Support
• Handle Process Escalations

• Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in metal coating technologies and processes, including powder coating,
• Min. 2 years experience as an industrial process engineer
• Possesses the ability to analyze production data and identify opportunities for process improvements.
• Knowledge of process engineering tools and practices such as process flows, control plans, FMEA, and SOPs.
• Expertise in working with and optimizing powder coating processes is mandatory.
• Proficiency in CAD (Computer-Aided Design) software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) for designing parts and assemblies.
• Experience in using SAP to manage product BOMs.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey technical information clearly.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Driver's license, category B.
