Procurement Operations Center Admin Support

  • Assisting and supporting vendor management process
  • Assisting and supporting contract registration process
  • Assisting and supporting Purchase to Pay processes
  • Assisting and supporting Reporting, like Spend Analysis and other reporting tools
  • Assist in optimizing and training processes
  • Suggests, supports, assists with technical changes emerging from analysis of tooling usage in conjunction with the SAP Ariba DevOps team
  • Establishes and maintains relationships with stakeholders

  • Bachelors degree in business administration, operations management, or other directly applicable field or equivalent education/experience. At least 2 years of experience in (Category) Procurement, Vendor Management or Third Party Risk Management
  • Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills requiring a balance of assertiveness
    tact and diplomacy, including the ability to write down in manuals, processes, workflows
  • Ability to succeed under pressure, set priorities, and meet deadlines in a rapid-paced environment
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude
  • Ability to work with teams across geographically dispersed locations;
  • Good English communication and interpersonal skills
  • PC literate (Excel, PowerPoint mandatory and SharePoint skills and experience would be an advantage)
  • Experience with Ariba tooling
