Product Manager IAM (WX2223W)
Job Description
Workplace Experience is part of Deutsche Telekom IT with end-to-end responsibility for all services around the digital workplace, digital collaboration, Identity and Access Management and user support for employees of the Deutsche Telekom Group. The goal is to enable and enhance the users’ productivity and experience. Workplace Experience acts as product provider with a comprehensive, standardized product portfolio, offering products to all DT units globally.
Main tasks
- Develop the comprehensive program vision and the goals for the IAM product, ensures that they are clearly aligned with the business goals
- Responsible for and monitors the development of the product/process from a technical point of view,
- Responsible for 3 agile development and 2 operations teams, and facilitating synchronization among all product owners within the ART,
- Alignment with the people leads in the chapter regarding performance and needed skills
- Responsible for the economic success, value maximization and quality assurance of the work of his team
- Ensures that customer-oriented support concepts are developed and that the legal/compliance requirements are met
- Specification, tendering and management of external services in the form of services and/or trades as well as implementation of financial, incident, problem, change, release and configuration management
- Drive the success of the overall Identity and Access Management (IAM) product, overseeing the implementation of new services within the Agile Release Train (ART).
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including business epic owners, to define features (in SAFe) or epics (in Jira) for the program backlog, and effectively prioritize them.
- Act as the primary interface between internal/external stakeholders and the teams, fostering effective communication and collaboration.
Qualifications
- Language Skills: Proficient in English (mandatory), German language skills are a plus.
- Experience as PM/PO
- IAM Processes Knowledge:
- Familiarity with IAM processes, including Life Cycle Management and mover processes.
- Experience with an Identity Management Access management Product, like One Identity
- Experience in the areas of authentication, authorization, SSO, MFA, provisioning
- Leadership: Take charge and lead the IAM product team towards success.
- Strategic Thinking: Develop and implement strategic plans for the IAM product portfolio.
- Product Roadmapping: Drive the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Good Communication: Effectively communicate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients.
- User Experience: Prioritize user experience in product development to meet customer needs.
- Entrepreneurial Thinking: Bring an entrepreneurial mindset to drive innovation within the IAM domain.
- Delegation: Delegate tasks efficiently to achieve project milestones effectively.
Advantages
- Experience in IAM Retiring: Previous experience in retiring IAM solutions is advantageous.
- Knowledge of Active Directory and Azure AD (Entra ID) would be benefetial
