- Partner Acquisition Marketing Strategies: You will develop and implement marketing strategies specifically aimed at acquiring new channel partners and Marketplace partners. This includes targeted campaigns designed to attract and retain new partners.
- Partner Communication and Management: You will be the central point of contact for our partners, coordinating marketing activities and supporting them in utilizing Marketing Development Funds (MDF). You will ensure the effective implementation of funded activities.
- Reporting and Performance Tracking: You will monitor the outcomes of marketing activities and report regularly on the results of investments, assessing the effectiveness of the measures and optimizing them for better results.
- Channel Partner Program Development: In collaboration with the Partner Sales team, you will further develop the Channel Partner Program, ensuring that all partners are informed and aligned with our marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Community Building and Event Management: You will plan and execute initiatives to expand our Channel Partner community by both strengthening existing partnerships and acquiring new partners. This includes organizing in-person events and implementing targeted communication measures, in coordination with Partner Managers and marketing teams.
- Strategic Market Analysis and Target Group Engagement: You will analyze market trends and potential partner segments to develop customized marketing campaigns that target the right audience and drive the acquisition of both channel partners and Marketplace partners.
Your Profile — What You Bring
- Several years of experience in partner marketing, preferably in a B2B environment, with experience in acquiring and managing channel partners and Marketplace partners.
- Strong knowledge of developing and executing marketing strategies aimed at partner acquisition and retention.
- Experience in utilizing Marketing Development Funds (MDF) and running campaigns that support sales efforts for partners.
- Excellent communication skills in both German and English, both written and verbal.
- Strong analytical skills to identify market trends and develop targeted marketing strategies for partner acquisition.
- A structured and self-driven approach to work, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Team-oriented with experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams and external partners.
