• Planning, controlling, and optimizing production processes while considering efficiency, quality, and costs
• Leading and developing a team of production workers, including personnel deployment planning, training, and performance evaluation
• Monitoring production processes and implementing measures for process improvement
• Ensuring compliance with all legal regulations and safety standards in production
• Working closely with other departments to ensure a smooth production flow
• Responsibility for the maintenance and upkeep of production facilities
• Creating and monitoring the production budget
• Analyzing production data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities

Elvárások

• Degree in engineering, business administration, or a comparable qualification
• 7+ years of professional experience in a production environment with parquet
• Proven leadership experience and the ability to motivate and develop teams
• Strong understanding of production processes and lean management principles
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken
• Proficient in MS Office and production planning software
• Excellent analytical skills and experience in handling production metrics
• Ability to work under pressure and set priorities in a dynamic environment
