As a Project Leader - Web Design within our Communications team, your primary role will be to devise and execute web design strategies to enhance our company's diverse website portfolio. You will be tasked with creating new websites and transitioning existing Joomla-based websites to WordPress. Your role is pivotal in improving user experience and customer engagement through our website, thereby influencing our brand image and online conversions. You will collaborate closely with other members of the Communications and IT teams to ensure the website aligns with our brand strategy and fulfills organizational goals and objectives.

• A Bachelor's degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• Proven, min. 5 years experience as a Web Designer, with a reference portfolio.
• Strong project management skills and page release management.
• Proficiency in WordPress is a must, proficiency is technologies such as HTML, CSS, PHP, JavaScript, JQuery, Marketo is an advantage
• Exceptional visual design skills.
• Exellent English communication skills, German language is a plus.
• Interpersonal, organizational, and project team co-ordination/management skills.
• Experience with multilingual websites.
• Demonstrated ability to organize and drive tasks and issues to resolution.
• Ability to solve problems creatively within a team structure.
