Feladatok
As a QC Laboratory Leader, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless functioning of your team as well as managing the key performance indicators regarding the day-to-day work. Your tasks will include:
- Calculating the necessary resources for optimal functioning
- Implementing short to long-term action plans to increase the performance, overall quality and safety within your team
- Defining and updating quality control procedures and instructions
- Ensuring regulatory compliance with the industry standards
- Coordinating analytical transfers and the launch of new products
- Overseeing the accuracy of all product data in the information management system
- Preparing for and participating in the inspections and audits
- Being a deputy for the Head of QC
- Establishing a training system for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
Követelmények
The ideal candidate has:
- University or bachelor's degree in engineering or other relevant field
- Quality or laboratory related experience in the pharmaceutical field
- Experience and confidence in a leadership position
- Fluent English language knowledge
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Determined personality, solution oriented mindset and good time management skills
