  • Improving process and quality standards on a global level for F2R Processes e.g. Incident-, Problem-, Change Prozess etc.Seamless cooperation with the unit process managersAnalysis and evaluation of KPI and data, setting up corrective measures on deficit patternsManagement of complex tasks and projectsStrong focus on standardization/automationBreakdown of complex challenges on continuous improvement program for back to green initiativesRepresent the department in regional steering boards, partially on management levelEnsure knowledge transfer by target group-oriented documentation

  • Knowledge of and ability to apply ITIL processes and standardsStructured and process oriented approachCommitment to standards and qualityStrong stakeholder management based on willingness to convinceFamiliar with the TC Portfolio and TC OrganisationKnowledge of quality methodologies (e.g. Six Sigma)Knowledge of OSS IT tools (e.g. eTTS, PMA-ISEM)Awareness on operational risksExperience in the utilization of processesExperience in international collaborationTarget‐ and audience-oriented moderation of telcosConvincing in giving presentationsStrong English and German language skills (B2)Network knowledge is an advantage
