Key responsibilities:

• Further develop and adapt customer satisfaction measurement systems to meet the needs of different business units.
• Design and optimize processes and identify suitable tools to collect and analyze customer feedback.
• Prepare decision papers for the alignment and negotiation of feedback methods with the works council (Germany).
• Define target values for annual customer satisfaction goals in collaboration with supporting units (e.g. DTS) and operational teams.
• Ensuring the methodological comparability of key performance indicators across all units.
• Support reporting and the methodological development of analysis and steering instruments.

Requirements

• Experience in project work and/or project management support
• Solid IT skills (data handling, reporting, process support)
• Experience with key performance indicator definition and steering logic
• Knowledge of quality management methods (e.g. Six Sigma)
• Stakeholder management and facilitation skills (including works council, operational units, and support functions)
• German language skills required (oral & written)
• Interest in continuous improvement and optimization topics
• English – optional
• Familiar with MS365
• PMP or Prince is an advantage
