Records Management Analyst


The Records Management Analyst will support the operation of Global Regulatory Affairs’ Records Management program.


  • Facilitate the storage and retrieval of GRA’s electronic records, including responding to end user requests from Sanofi’s enterprise archive or other applications
  • Analyze end user requests for storage and retrieval of records to increase efficiency
  • Perform research and provide responses to support Health Authority inspections and/or audits as requested
  • Retrieve documents for in/out-licensing and associated due diligence processes
  • Create and maintain Records Management-related Quality Documents
  • Support the creation and maintenance of the GRA Records Inventory and the transfer of records and data to and from partner companies
  • Collaborate with ITS on initiatives related to migration, archiving, and decommissioning of GRA applications
  • Support the creation, gathering, and reporting of metrics on the Records Management Program
  • Identifies opportunities for improvement in regulatory information management processes
  • Maintain a good understanding of the basics of the regulatory process in countries worldwide


  • Strong English knowledge
  • Minimum BA/BS degree
  • Minimum one year of experience in records or document management
  • Experience in pharmaceutical Regulatory Affairs or equivalent
