Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on engineering positions.
Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment processes.
Expertise in sourcing strategies and techniques.
Experience in the industrial or advanced manufacturing sector.
Proficiency in English and Hungarian reading, writing, and speaking.
