Coordinate the accurate and timely completion of Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs) and Requests for Information (RFIs) for various investment products (equity, fixed income, multi-asset, alternatives).
Build strong partnerships with product teams to gain deep insights into investment strategies.
Take ownership of assigned client requests and ensure delivery within deadlines.
Serve as a key contact for sales and client service teams requesting DDQs and RFIs.
Collaborate with RFP team members to maintain consistency and high quality in all client communications.
Embrace process improvement, automation, and technological advancements in RFP operations.
Stay informed about market trends and reflect that knowledge in RFP writing.

Ongoing studies in Economics, Finance, or a related field are required
Fluency in written and spoken English is essential
Knowledge of MS Office tools (especially Excel)
1,5-2 years already completed at the university, have at least 1 or 1,5 years more
Proactive and outgoing attitude, able to multitask, team player
Strong communication skills
An understanding of financial markets and interest in the investment industry is required

Good organizational and planning skills, with the ability to manage own priorities and meet hard deadlines.
