SACM Process Business Owner (REF4514S)
Tasks:
- Develop and implement best practice standards, policies and procedures for planning, recording, monitoring and the maintenance of software and hardware assets.
- Understand, design and implement continuous life cycle management of configuration items
- Preparing the structural change to a service-oriented process and industrialized organization and disseminating the new way of thinking in PU internal collaboration based on the possibilities of the new tool
- Ensure that the SACM process is Fit for Purpose and compliant to the current regulations and norms that apply
- Responsible for the process design and framework
- Define the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the process
- Manage any new requirements or changes to the Process
- Coordinates design work for CI and Asset discovery, integrations, and other data import methods
- Collaborate with and supports Key stakeholders across the IT organization and the business to review, improve our asset management across the group so that it becomes cost effective.
- Supports other IT process owners and functional areas (e.g. Change Management, Problem Management, Release Management etc.)
- Support, monitor, review audit activities and process
- Provides coaching for CMDB stakeholders to ensure appropriate understanding of the Configuration and Asset Management system and its relationship to Change Management and other key IT processes.
- Prioritizes process-related requirements for IT-developments in Demand Boards
- Evaluation and recommendation of new technologies or improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of IT processes.
Requirements:
- At least 3-5 years of proven professional experience in an operational IT area
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills
- Fluent English language (German nice to have)
- Problem solving skills
- Language skills: English - C1; German - B2
