Sales Agent (English and Norwegian speaking)
Feladatok
The Sales Agent will be responsible for processing inquiries from interested patients and then inviting them for a consultation at one of our partner's clinics in Budapest. More details:
- Contacting by e-mail and telephone with the patients who would like to visit the clinic
- Talking to the patients, explaining how the clinic works
- Meeting patient expectations, communicating prices clearly
- Providing simple quotations to patients
- Making more complex quotations with the clinic
- Answering patients' questions with the help of clinic staff
- Presenting the results of patients' panoramic X-rays to the clinic's doctors and assistants
- Translating and communicating information from the clinic to patients
- Translating and communicating diagnoses between patients and doctors
Elvárások
- Fluency both in Norwegian and English
- A bit of an "agent" attitude :)
- Good computer skills (especially Excel and Word)
- Good internet browsing and searching skills (love to research, look up things they work on)
