Our partner is the world leader in niche peristaltic pump manufacture and associated fluid path technologies. Founded on nearly 60 years of supplying engineering and process expertise and with over one million pumps installed worldwide, our partners pumps are tried, tested and proven to deliver. We are looking for a Sales Engineer to join their dynamic team.

Sales Engineer

Tasks

  • Achieving sales targets for each brand across all sectors, using the resources at his/her disposal
  • Main sectors: BioPharm, Industrial, Food and Beverage
  • Achieving sales target in his/her sales area mainly in Hungary and possible sales activity toward Romania, Bulgaria
  • Finding and save transition of existing customers from Ex distributor
  • Developing strategies to increase sales into key end-users
  • Development of key accounts and a special focus on consumable business incl. tubing assemblies
  • Ensure the brand is promoted at all times
  • Reporting to GM

Main duties and responsibilities:

  • To follow business processes, e.g. data management within the Microsoft AX system
  • To develop and implement her/his key action plans
  • To monitor and review discounts applied to customer accounts, ensuring that discount levels are appropriate
  • To identify decision-makers and influencers at key end-users and to make a relationship with them
  • To make proposals for effective marketing activities, to co-ordinate campaigns, and to participate in exhibitions and conferences

Requirements

  • Sales experience of at least 3 years in the Industrial B2B market
  • Sales experience with process equipment such as pumps, valves, fluid path equipment
  • Proactive sales approach, goal-oriented
  • English business language, Hungarian as a native language
  • Technical higher education
  • High level of integrity, self-motivation, and reliability
  • Open, friendly, and respectful way of communication
  • Willingness to travel 3-4 days per week within his/her sales area
  • ERP/CRM strong skills are highly valued, complemented by a good knowledge of the Microsoft Office package
  • Drive license
