Our partner is the Hungarian subsidiary of an international credit insurance company, specialized in B2B credit insurance services. The company is looking for a proactive Sales Manager to join its stable and supportive team.

Sales Manager

Tasks

  • Promoting the company's services (directly and in cooperation with brokers)
  • Contributing to the development of the sales department
  • Achieving sales targets set by the company's management
  • Market prospecting, identifying potential customers (through proactive acquisition, including cold calling)
  • Sending presentations and other relevant information for future collaborations
  • Staying in contact with selected potential customers
  • Preparing offers and policies based on received information, and explaining, negotiating, and signing new policies
  • Keeping activity records in accordance with Group requirements

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in B2B services sales (financial or IT background is an advantage)
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and interpersonal skills
  • Able to balance a customer-oriented and a results-driven approach; a self-driven personality who takes ownership of their agenda and deliverables
  • Native Hungarian, good English level (reading, speaking, and writing skills)
  • Basic understanding of and/or interest in Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools
