Sales Team Leader (Technical)

Tasks

 

  • Development of the automotive sales business
  • Participation in the business strategy development, in the business plan preparation
  • Regular P&L analysis and reaction in order to keep the line targets
  • Responsibility for KPIs, main KPIs are: quantity, turnover, GM/VC, cost of sales, NOI
  • Review the performance of all sales channels based on main KPIs
  • Obtaining the commercial targets defined in the business plans
  • Creating long term business plan in line with the market research and expectations
  • Management and development of the team of sales representatives (including APR, further performance assessments and soft skills development)
  • Organising trainings on a regular basis in order to ensure that all sales representatives meet required commercial and compliance performance and that they are competent to carry out their role
  • Development of new customer portfolio, identification of new business opportunities
  • Identification for individual development plan, and execution
  • Finding new sales opportunities, channels, innovative ways of sale
  • Market research
  • Work closely with the Marketing Manager to develop an effective marketing strategy for the direct sales and wholesalers activity in order to achieve company objectives
  • Work closely with the logistic department to ensure effective communication strategy among the sales team, customers and logistic
  • Regular information and reports on business competitors
  • Follow-up of the financial situation of clients, ensuring of maximum guarantees within the contractual frames
  • Active participation in contract elaboration
  • Immediate intervention in case of clients’ bankrupt and similar situations
  • Application of the business policy defined by the management
  • Using and ensuring the usage of CRM system within the team, on daily basis

Requirements

  • College or university degree
  • At least 6 years of professional experience in sales, on technical fields and in multinational environment; at least 3 years of experience in people management
  • Innovative attitude
  • Ability to work independently
  • Proactivity, strategic view
  • Good marketing sense with strong marketing background
  • Performance, result and client orientation, problem solving attitude
  • Dynamic, determined personality with excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Leadership skills
  • Fluent Hungarian and English language skills
  • Driving license, B category
