The Salesforce CRM Solution Architect is part of our digital engineering team who is responsible for the advancement of digital businesses and their supporting technologies and contribution towards key business decisions on both a functional and technical level.

About the Role

We are looking to hire an experienced and passionate Salesforce CRM Software Engineer to join Digital Factory. The new team member will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining custom Salesforce solutions that meet the evolving needs of the business. You will work with cross-functional teams to enhance the Salesforce platform by developing custom features, implementing integrations, and optimizing workflows. This role is ideal for someone with a solid foundation in Salesforce development and a desire to take on more complex technical challenges and project responsibilities.

 

Main Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement custom Salesforce features (custom objects, Apex classes, Lightning Web Components).
  • Write and maintain flows, process automations, and triggers to streamline business processes, ensuring scalability and maintainability by utilizing Salesforce best practices.
  • Develop public websites with Digital Experiences and follow robust development practices (SFDX, Git-based).
  • Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST APIs, middleware tools, or third-party applications.
  • Configure Salesforce to meet business needs (user roles, profiles, page layouts, security settings).
  • Develop advanced reports and dashboards for business insights and optimize workflows for user experience and system performance.
  • Collaborate with senior developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers, ensuring best practices.
  • Perform testing, troubleshooting, and debugging of custom applications to meet quality and performance standards.
  • Identify and optimize performance bottlenecks to improve system efficiency.
  • Ensure data integrity and security across customizations and integrations.
  • Stay current with Salesforce updates, new features, and development tools, applying them to ongoing projects.
  • Participate in knowledge-sharing activities to improve processes and adopt new technologies.

 

About Your Experience and Skills

  • EducationUniversity or college degree with specialization in Computer Science or Information Systems or equivalent.
  • Experience2-5 years of experience as a Salesforce developer, with a proven track record of delivering successful Salesforce solutions.
  • Experience in working with complex Salesforce implementations involving multiple customizations and integrations.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment.
  • Professional and Technical CompetenciesStrong proficiency in Salesforce development, including Apex, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
  • Experience with Salesforce configuration, including custom objects, workflows, and advanced process automations.
  • Expertise in REST and SOAP APIs for system integrations and data exchange.
  • Proficient in JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and SOQL.
  • Can properly justify when to use declarative vs. programmatic customization.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of different Salesforce Cloud and architecture principles.
  • Good understanding of GIT and SFDX.
  • Familiarity with SOLID principles for Apex code.
  • Able to make optimized Salesforce designs and take proper technical decisions without help.
  • Familiar and practicing Clean Code principles as well as Software design patterns.
  • Has UI/UX awareness.
  • Professional usage of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with Atlassian JIRA, Confluence.
  • Soft SkillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on customer-centric solutions.
  • Proactive mindset with a positive attitude and a strong sense of ownership, and team mentality.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Hungarian and English for cross-functional collaboration.
  • Excellent collaboration skills, able to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Leadership and mentorship skills, with the ability to guide junior developers and help shape their growth. 
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work, and security in development.
  • Growth mindset with a passion for continuous learning, adapting, and staying updated on industry trends and best practices.
  • Openness to work with different cultures across CEE.

  • Initial call: You will be contacted by MOL Recruitment via phone for a short chat.
