The Salesforce CRM Solution Architect is part of our digital engineering team who is responsible for the advancement of digital businesses and their supporting technologies and contribution towards key business decisions on both a functional and technical level.

About the Role

We are looking to hire an experienced and passionate Salesforce CRM Solution Architect to join Digital Factory. The new team member will collaborate with business leaders, IT teams, and third-party integrators to design and implement technical solutions that address complex business needs. The Architect will oversee Salesforce CRM-related projects from inception to production, ensuring alignment with business goals, architecture principles, and performance standards while monitoring testing and system performance.

 

Main Responsibilities

  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into a high-level technical plan and comprehensive CRM solutions.
  • Design and architect scalable, secure IT solutions that integrate various technologies, including Salesforce applications on Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, and Loyalty Cloud platforms.
  • Ensure solutions align with the organizational IT governance, regulations, and performance standards, selecting appropriate technologies and platforms based on scalability, performance, and security.
  • Present technical vision and architecture to stakeholders, including business, development, and operations teams.
  • Provide high-level guidance and leadership during the development and implementation phases.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand customer needs and develop data flows and transformation strategies for unified customer data.
  • Define, document, and manage the configuration of Salesforce Cloud automations, processes, and architecture design in SparX and Confluence.
  • Lead technical discussions, document solution architecture, and ensure clear communication across teams.
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in Salesforce Customer 360.
  • Understanding of loyalty program mechanics (points, tiers, redemption, vouchers) within Salesforce Loyalty Cloud is a bonus.

 

About Your Experience and Skills

  • EducationBachelor’s degree: master’s degree is a plus.
  • Specialization in IT / Computer Science / Engineering is preferred.
  • ExperienceMinimum 7+ years of experience as a CRM Solution Architect or similar senior-level role.
  • Professional and Technical CompetenciesProven experience in designing and building enterprise-grade solutions on Salesforce platforms (Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, or Loyalty Cloud preferred). 
  • In-depth knowledge of Salesforce architecture, data models, and security best practices. 
  • Experience with Mulesoft Anypoint Studio and API integration methodologies and APIs methodology to seamlessly integrate Salesforce with external systems and data sources. 
  • Understanding of data governance principles, cybersecurity concepts and data quality practices. 
  • Proven experience designing and implementing loyalty programs within Salesforce Loyalty Cloud. 
  • Knowledge of marketing automation principles and campaign management best practices. 
  • Experience with cloud-based deployment and management practices. 
  • Understanding of DevOps principles and CI/CD pipelines (bonus). 
  • Salesforce certification is a plus. 
  • Professional usage of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with Atlassian JIRA, Confluence.
  • Soft SkillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on customer-centric solutions.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English for cross-functional collaboration.
  • Excellent collaboration and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.

Main Recruitment Steps

  • Initial call: You will be contacted by MOL Recruitment via phone for a short chat. 
  • Interview: You can expect two or a maximum of three interview rounds, where you can meet your direct manager, some experts from the team, ask your questions and present your skills and career path. We always make sure you receive timely feedback after each round. 
  • Technical Assessment: You will either receive a take-home assignment after the first interview or be asked to solve an exercise on the spot at one of the interviews.
